You can head over there to read the recipe but I basically followed her recipe with a couple of edits.
- Added Parmesan to the swiss chard kale mixture before we put the eggs in, as well as on top of the dish
- Made 4 eggs in an 8 by 8 in baking pan
- Peppered liberally before baking- adds a little more flavor to the dish
- Cooked for 15 minutes until the eggs were fully done- I'm afraid of a really runny egg and mom likes hers fully cooked
- Broiled the top for two minutes when the eggs were done to get it more crunchy.
