Recipe: Garlic Mushroom Mac and Cheese with Spicy Spinach

You'll Need:
Parmesan Cheese
I jar of Garlic based Alfredo or Garlic Sauce (I get it at the grocery store)
1 box of Elbow Noodles
Box of Sliced White Mushrooms
Two Dorot Basil Cubes
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/2 cup of milk- I used skim
Rainbow Pepper and Garlic Salt - to taste
Spinach:
1 bag of Spinach
Pepper - lots of pepper
Red Pepper Flake- to taste
Salt
Olive Oil
A little Parmesano Romano

Instructions:
1. Put water on to boil, salt the water liberally, and make the pasta, according to the directions on the box.
2. In a separate sauce pan, combine mushrooms, garlic sauce, milk and butter. Add the Dorot cube, salt and pepper and let simmer until the butter and Dorot are melted and warm. It should be little on the the thin side.
3. Put the spinach in a pan with a little olive oil and let it wilt. I put salt and pepper on it and let it wilt while I was cooking the rest of the food. Stir occasionally to make sure that all of the spinach gets wilted.
4. Drain the pasta into the sink, add the sauce pan full of sauce into the pasta pan with the pasta in it and simmer on medium-low for about 10 minutes. It should have little bubbles in it but not a lot of them
5. The spinach should be done by now so take it off the heat and set aside. Add a little cheese and red pepper flake to the top!
6.Add a little flour if your sauce doesn't thicken up after this time. I added about a tablespoon and let it cook for two more minutes to get the raw flavor out.
7.Cook the sauce for about 5 more minutes and taste test it. Time for more cheese! Then, add more salt and pepper to taste.
8. Enjoy!
