Red Wine Can Help Kill Cancer

This morning while I was on the bus, I read this article about Red Wine's cancer fighting elements being modified to help to kill cancer more effectively. One of my classes this semester is a food science class, where we are learning about how we can genetically modify foods to make them more of what we want or to produce new vitamins or immunizations. This wine turns a natural substance into a sulfite and then once it enters the cell, it turns back into resveratrol. The science behind it is really awesome. I got a little fall and wine outfit inspiration and churned this out in honor of the article.
