Something that I really enjoy is coming home from work and relaxing. I recently picked p this book from seeing it on Instagram. Mitford at the Fashion Zoo is a book illustrated by Donald Robertson. Mitford is a giraffe living in New York on an adventure - not to spoil the story but a bunch of fashion icons are involved. It's a light read and it's super cute. I honestly can say that it puts a smile on my face every time I pick it up. I got mine on Amazon but a lot of bookstores are carrying the book.
After a great visit in Cinci with my BFF BB, I have been making this simple dish that has a ton of flavor. Take some baguette and slice it thinly. Then, smear some avocado on it - i love avocado so i add a lot. Then, add some balsamic vinegar on top of the avocado and smear them together.Add a slice of tomato and a sprinkle of salt. It's so good guys - salty, sweet and fresh.
