When I think of all of the kind things that people have done for me, it all boils down to giving up part of your time or love to help others. Something I love to do is bake cookies for my operators on the floor. They do such a good job trying to make the best parts and they need to be recognized. Small gestures go a long way in making people happy so start with one today and see how much it can impact the people around you.
