Daily Walks

Work Life Balance is so important to your mental wellbeing.  At lunch every day, I take a walk and it makes me so happy. There is something about getting in nature that makes returning to the office super sweet. I like to go between 30 minutes and 45 minutes to get my blood pumping.Afterwards, I give myself a wipe down with some baby wipes if I am sweaty, fix my makeup, and continue with my day. Try it Out!
