Breakfast is the one constant of my day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. I enjoy getting up, putting on a fabulous outfit and eating breakfast before starting a long day. I usually go one of two routes for breakfast. On rushed days, I make coffee and a bagel or breakfast sandwich. It's simple and I can eat it while walking. But on days when I have some time, I really enjoy making eggs, frittatas and pancakes. My parents always say that breakfast stars your day off great and I couldn't agree more. Enjoy your breakfast every morning.
