Friday Favorites: Music Version

This week, listening to music has kept me sane and happy. I thought a good way to honor this is to make my favorite post about the music that makes me happy.

1. I am really loving Crazy Kids by Kesha. I love singing along to it in the car on my way to work.

2. MGMT's Electric Feel is a great song that reminds me of that last weekend of the semester where MGMT came to my school for a concert. It's one of my favorites by them.

3. No You Girls by Franz Ferdinand was recommended to me by one of my best friends from home. He always has the best taste and this is no exception.

4. Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke, Pharrell and T.I. is the summer jam. It is so retro and fun and just sassy. I love listening to it in the car where people cannot hear me singing along loudly.

5. Slight Work by Wale is a older song but I love it. It gets me really pumped up and dancey and just excited. I like to listen to it when I am doing file work in the office because it keeps me going.

6. All Around the World by Justin Beiber is a great song to run excel spreadsheets and do work for my on campus organization. It keeps me singing along and in a light happy mood.

I am one of those people who listen to the same song over and over again until I am sick of it and wait a week before I put it on any of my playlists. These songs will see me through the next couple of weeks. Enjoy and summer out with these songs!

P.S. I made a playlist of these songs for y'all! I'm sorry if you don't like curse words in your songs but I prefer the explicit version of most songs (Except for I Wanna Love You by Akon - that was a horrifying experience)
