This albino monkey is the only one of its kind in the world. Today, the world found out that that the albinism that Snowflake was born with is caused by inbreeding while mating. Albinism is a recessive gene, which means that you must get the type of gene from both parents to have the trait, even then that is not always true. If one parent has Na and and the other Na, then the gorilla will be only 25% likely to be albino. It's all a probability game really. It's very interesting math though, if you are interested. Sadly, this gorilla died of cancer in 2003. To honor his death and to get inspired about genetics, I created some outfits inspired by Snowflake.
Both of these outfits rely on a fairly monochromatic look with lots of different textures and shapes. Monochromatic looks tend to look better when there is a lot of texture and shape involved. Snowflake had a beautiful coat and it really gives itself to inspiring looks.White will keep you cool this summer and the cream/camel accents keep you chic.
