Recipe: Italian Eggs

Two eggs or your preference of egg type
Italian Seasoning
Provolone Cheese
Fresh Italian Bread

1. Start out by putting small pan on medium high heat and greasing it with PAM.
2. Crack your eggs into the pan or pour your egg mixture into the pan and scramble the eggs, tossing in some Italian seasoning.
3. While scrambling the eggs, toast your fresh bread.
3. Top the hot eggs with provolone and bruschetta.
5. Plate with toast, grab some coffee and enjoy.
