Simple Breakfast: Eggs, Spinach and Toast

Lately, I have really been into eating eggs over easy. The yolk is fatty but very nutritious for the body. I whipped up this little dish and read a book for an easy going morning.


Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 Bag of Spinach
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt
Pepper
12 Grain Bread

How to:
1. Saute the spinach until almost wilted. Make little holes for the eggs and then cook with the spinach.
2. Put the toast in the toaster, to the color you enjoy. (I like mine caramel spotted basically)
3. When the eggs are just white on the bottom, slide it out the pan into a bowl with the toast.
4. Enjoy with hot sauce, a book and a cup of black tea.
