Be positive. Negativity will kill your spirit. If you count all the bad, you won't see the good and you will not see what could be awesome in your future. I also think of it this way, dwelling in the past doesn't do anything for your life other than cause strife. Move towards the beginning of awesomeness after a bleak period of time. You will come through it and be even more magnificent than you were before.
