Instead of a favorite blogger, I wanted to share a recipe! I made these simple roasted radishes the other day and they were so so so good! Take 2 tablespoons of the following: honey, coconut oil and lemon juice and mix it up. Shake up about 2 or 3 cups of cut up radishes in it and bake at 450 degrees for 10 -20 minutes depending on how big your radishes are and how thin you cut them. Then top with salt and pepper and serve like right away. I'm making these for my family these week and I really hope they like them as much as I liked them the other day!
