As part of my 101 in 1001, I wanted to come up with a regime for my skin that works even when I change location and/or hormone level. My skin is very sensitive to changes as well as acne prone. I cannot try too many new things without my face breaking out almost instantly or waking up with red hot skin. Because of this, I have always found it hard to find skin products that are helping my skin but also do not trigger a reaction that takes forever to soothe.

I finally found a line that works for me and my skin has been so clear! I use the Tea Tree Oil line from The Body Shop! I wash with either the Skin Clearing Facial Wash or the Squeaky Clean Scrub in the shower. Then I use the Skin Clearing Toner and the Skin Clearing Lotion  After, if I see a bad pimple or something made me break out, I use a little diluted Tea Tree Oil on the spot or area.

Sometimes, my skin can require a little TLC after a beach trip or a bad allergic reaction to something. I usually will mix a little Tea Tree Oil with Coconut oil and some honey to make a mask that helps put moisture back into my skin. I will also do a Tea Tree Oil mask from The Body Shop if I am breaking out very badly. If I need to wash my face but not have access to water, I use Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Clearing Wipes to wipe my face clean.

Since starting this regimen, my skin has looked awesome! I did break out a little when I came back to State College because the water is really hard here but not as bad as I have in previous years. simply put, having an actual regime really has helped me to keep the clear skin that I always wanted!
